Very good stay.
Pros: Super convenient apartment. And personnel was very nice
Cons: Only the street is kinda weird. At night there are some thugs. We didn’t have any problem. But a guy one night was clearly following us.

Pros: Excellent stay! The location is unbeatable, in a central area, close to the city's cultural, commercial, and gastronomic heart. The rooms are truly comfortable, spacious, and exquisitely designed. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom is very clean and large. We would like to highlight the reception staff, and especially mention Mehmet, Erim, and Osmen, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and helped us with everything. Highly recommended. We will definitely return.

Very Good Stay – Excellent Location and Clean, Well-Equipped Flat (4/5)
Pros: • Excellent central location – just a few minutes’ walk to Istiklal Street • Surprisingly quiet despite being in the city centre • Buses directly in front of the residence • Small supermarket nearby for daily essentials • Spacious, very clean, and well-maintained flat • Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, pans, dishes and cutlery • Microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, full-size fridge freezer • Two flat-screen TVs and a balcony • Plenty of storage space • Outstanding daily cleaning service – Ali and the cleaning team were excellent • Staff generally responsive to messages and calls • Muhammad at reception was very helpful with luggage and assistance
Cons: • The flat was not ready at check-in time • The initial reception interaction could have been more welcoming • Internet did not work during the first 24 hours However, after raising these concerns, the staff apologised, offered drinks and fruit while I waited, and resolved the internet issue by providing a separate device. The follow-up handling was professional.

Fabulous experience!
Pros: Fabulous experience! We immediately felt at home. Everything was spotless, and the underfloor heating kept us perfectly warm — we hardly needed to use the air conditioning at all. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all the kitchen appliances were very practical and useful. The large TV kept us entertained in the evenings. The residence is very quiet; we couldn’t hear any other guests. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable, with non-slip tiles, which we really appreciated. Taksim is just across the road from the residence, only a short walk away, making the location absolutely perfect. All the staff were fantastic and helped us with every request. The young man at reception even assisted us in finding a car service when I needed maintenance for my car. I would recommend this place to anyone. The experience was far better than any other accommodation we have had in Turkey.

Pros: I recently booked and stayed a week at GR building and overall had a good experience, the location is good just few minutes from Taksim square, also coffee and food stuff shops are next to the building Special thanks to the room service teams, Othman and Emir for their service
Cons: Honestly it does not fully meet 5 star hotel apartments standards as some basic 5 star facilities are not available, that said, it’s still a good place to stay.

3 minutes to Istiklal street, comfortable room
Pros: We stayed there in winter. The room is warm and very comfortable. You can use microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and etc, so you have an option to take away nice meal from Lokanta and have them at room. The location is the best beacause between the place and Istiklal street there is a pedestrian crossing (which is not displayed on google map as of 2025) 3 minutes to Istiklal street 10 minutes to Taksim square Thanks all to gentlemen at the reception and ladies of cleaning. They are really nice people and help us enjoying the stay!!
