Pros: The location is perfect, rooms are very secure, and all necessary facilities worked perfectly; shower, toilet, etc. We booked the deluxe quadruple suite for a group of 5 travelling for the Champions League Final. Although the rooms are nothing extravagant, they have everything you need, comfy beds, and superb customer service who are always happy to help at any time of day or night. A very pleasant day during what was one of the greatest trips of our lives.

Cons: Not so much “didn’t like” but just that the room is nothing extravagant, you get what you pay for; but that certainly isn’t a negative. Being in Istanbul, you’re hardly in the room anyway!
