Pros: Good rooms and serviced when asked. Burak was very helpful and friendly and accommodating to our needs for the duration of our stay.

Cons: Slight problem with bathroom door not closing.

Cons: The rooms are very very small, especially the bathroom. There is no lift, so carrying suitcases to 4th floor was a task. Else everything was good.

It is good stay for nice place, near to everyting, market, taksim, transport!

Pros: It is hotel with room and priate bathroom! The property clean, full of furniture and clean! Mustafa was awsome guy every sec wants to help and offer chaaai, coffee such nice guy!

Cons: Actually, I arrived at hotel before check-in probably 11-1 morning and i left my stuff near reception and said get rdy my room at 2clock! After came the guy with longest height a little bit not correclty person! He saw before me and i told him! Then says wait more 20-30mins! Stupidly really, i was really tired from the flight and been waiting fastly to enter in and take sleep! No lift, and its wet in the hall! Hall is so small, but it is ok!
