Cons: Poor staff! Most of them, don’t speak English! Restaurant service poor! Waited at midnight the service 30 minutes! For 1 bottle of water! The food was average! The prices too high!

Absolutely wonderful hotel, beautiful view, close to restaurants and the mall

Pros: The hotel was wonderful, with a very beautiful view, and it's next to the Aquafloria mall. Everything you could need is available at the hotel, and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely visit again.

Very relaxing winter mini break

Pros: Fabulous location next to mall and you can walk for miles along the seafront. The indoor pool and gym are really good for hotel facilities and weren’t too busy during our stay. The breakfast was fabulous with so much variety- something for everyone. Quite close to airport which is convenient

Cons: Could hear room service deliveries through door a little but overall rooms were quiet

Pros: Everyone was so amazing. Friendly, helpful and approachable. Rooms were clean and the hotel has an amazing view.

Cons: Lights in the room could be better. Very dark even with all lights on. Door to the balcony was hard to use

Nice comfortable stay

Pros: The hotel was very clean, the staff were accommodating. The reception lounge staff were very friendly in particular.

Cons: There wasn't anything to dislike, I would have liked more English style food for breakfast.

Overall great hotel

Pros: The rooms were a good size, spacious and clean. Sound proofing was good. Breakfast was outstanding.

Cons: Temperature of the pool, it was way too cold. The spa area was nice and very relaxing but would have been better if you had the option to utilise a scrub in the Turkish bath if you wanted to do it yourself. The costs of treatments were high.
