Amazing hotel

Pros: Second visit-very good stay.Everyone so nice and friendly-buffet breakfast amazing-thank you Yunus and Taner for service-the food was great-big thank you for ladies who dose omelette it was lovely…. Gym and swimming pool was beautiful. Room was excellent and cleaned by men name Marat-very friendly happy person-thank you Staff at reception were very polite smiling and helpful-my special thanks to manager Oguzhan absolutely outstanding-helpful Thank you-look forward to returning-highly recommended

Pros: Grateful for my stay at the Renaissance Istanbul. The staff were always kind and attentive, but one moment really showed their professionalism and care. We accidentally lost a swimming suit top and thought it was gone, yet within 15 minutes the team worked together, found it, and quietly delivered it to our room. This level of attention, respect, and detail truly impressed me. Even with the windy weather, the atmosphere stayed warm and positive thanks to the staff. Truly feels like six stars out of five.

A luxurious stay on the bay

Pros: The view of the sea and the city was amazing, both during the day and at night. The hotel had a surprisingly large array of services on-site. The spa was lovely. The service was friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean. The pools were beautiful. This was every bit a luxury hotel.

Good hotel with great view.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable hotel with accommodating staff. Location is on the seaside which makes is very pleasant to be at. There are also restaurants in the hotel and nearby which is practical.

Cons: A little bit slower check-in and check out process than expected. If you wish to go to the city center it takes from 30 to 50 minutes depending on the time of the day.

Beautiful hotel and easily accessible transport.

Pros: The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean with a beautiful shower.

Cons: The rooms were fully carpeted and none of the rooms have windows which can be opened. Ventilation isn’t great.

Amazing!!

Pros: Everything, absolutely amazing hotel and staff. Everyone was so professional and welcoming. The staff could not do enough for us and went way and beyond to meet our needs and make us comfortable in the hotel. A special thank you to Serkan the doorman, Hüseyin at reception absolutely outstanding customer service. Elene from housekeeping whom cleaned our room spotlessly everyday At breakfast Adnan Yunus Tarık Rıdvan Metrajlı Azra. These are just a few names that made us feel at home with their friendly yet professional hospitality. I would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you.
