Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Istanbul Atakoy

Good hotel, great connectivity.

Pros: The room service was excepcional. They was able to prepared food when we arrived ar 2am.

Cons: Bar service not good, waitress spent too much time to attend and we have to go.

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at Ramada Ataköy. The hotel offers great value, especially with the open buffet breakfast and wellness facilities like the sauna, hamam, and steam room all included in the price, which was a big plus. I’d especially like to thank Emre and Zehra at the reception — they were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even more comfortable. Overall, a clean, comfortable hotel with good facilities and excellent staff. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Great hotel with great staff

Pros: Great customer service especially from mehmet ali and erol, well furnished rooms and excellent location if you know istanbul and aren't looking to stay directly in the historic centre.

Cons: Would suggest more variety at breakfast e.g baked beans. Swimming temperature should be increased from 26 degrees to make it more comfortable for children.

Cons: I did request 1 extra bed and been told they will provide me but but I have request them for check in day and later evening but they didn’t provide me and no any answers from them ( anything else all good )

Pros: Breakfast was good, regarding the location the issue was outside area too much traffic, need to wait for long time especially during peak hours for taxi to come for pick up or drop off

Cons: The rooms light were to less, need have better lights, and showers need a change, the force of showers was not good.

Overall great experience

Pros: The rooms were good and great breakfast served. Emre and Batic were very helpful at the reception and catered well to our requirements.

Cons: Location was far from city centre and due to traffic takes almost an hour by car.
