Pros: The location is the Best, close to the shops, restaurants, metro and Marmara. Amazing staff, good value for my stay. Will recommend this place 100%.

Good stay need to invest in an ice machine

Pros: Property was newly renovated, clean, comfortable and great location.

Cons: I had surgery nearby, ice was required as part of my recovery but unavailable at this hotel. They did allow me to purchase my own ice and store in the hotel freezer but it didn’t last very long as they told me it had melted. I had to keep ringing reception to bring the ice which was frustrating times.

Pros: Location is great, staff is very hospitable, wifi works fine.

Pros: As someone who's very picky, I can say everything is perfect. Despite the price and the fact that it's a 3-star hotel, the place is spotlessly clean, and the service is superb. Unfortunately, there's no breakfast, but there are plenty of markets, patisseries, shopping malls, and everything else within walking distance. I can't stand noise, and I'm lucky it's a very quiet street without traffic sounds or people in the evenings. The jacuzzi is also super enjoyable and relaxing. The parking lot is located in a back street, and the price is a bit high, but I arranged parking for 3000 TL for 5 nights because they have an agreement with the hotel. There's nothing much to add. The quality is 100% worth the price. The staff is friendly and willing to help you no matter what your needs are. I plan to come back.

Excellent hotel, great value, far exceeding expectations

Pros: After a minor misunderstanding at check-in, I was given a wonderful room, very spacious, ultra clean, very well appointed, with all facilities one could usually expect from any 5-star hotel, and my stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Instant ample hot water, superfast internet, satin sheets, soft towels, free bottled water, plenty of space, fast elevators, on a lovely small street with beautiful people passing by, a next-door supermarket, a next-door hair salon, and one of the fine shopping malls in Istanbul within a couple of minutes walking distance.

Cons: The only thing which could cause some discomfort was the insufficient sound insulation of the doors to the hotel rooms.

Pros: Everything thing about this hotel was amazing. The location is superb the staff was very helpful and kind and always smiling, I highly recommend. We had 3 rooms and all on the same floor which made it extremely comfortable for the group. I will be back to stay next year!!!

Highly Recommended

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – with plenty of restaurants, shops, and a tram stop nearby, and only about 30 minutes to the city center. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

Cons: As a small note for improvement - the breakfast could be better and it would be nice if the room was aired out better before arrival, as there was a slight smell of cigarettes at the beginning.

Perfect

Pros: Everything was perfect, staff are very helpful, everyday cleaning in the room. Location is in center. I will recommend for everybody.

Good stay but could be better

Pros: Location, calm, spacious, good shopping area and transportation options. Friendly staff. Good shower with hot water and strong water flow. Overall clean rooms, sheets and towels.

Cons: Didn’t like the room we received this time (second stay). Very bad view to backyard just looking at a building. Some basic kitchen utensils were not available in the king suite (frying pan and cups). Fridge was very dirty. Had to clean it very well and wash the dishes. Bed is very hard. TV is very small. Shower drain very noisy. Still no breakfast.
