Pros: The staff were very, very friendly and helpful, and everything went really well.

Cons: The shower heads need to be descaled.

Overall we had good experience with the hotel, great value for money.

Pros: +++ Location is good, the size of room is great, there is Netflix available, it is very clean. —- The staff doesn’t speak English, it is very loud outside from early morning to late night, the windows are in very bad condition, the water in shower is constantly changing from hot to cold, also there was some repair maintenance in the hallway till midnight, lift wasn’t working sometimes, breakfast is poor, not enough for an adult.

Wonderful location to stay in

A lovely stay overall. Great food, a comfortable room, and truly caring staff who helped me a lot while I was recovering

Pros: I loved everything about this hotel—from the food and location to the staff and the room. Breakfast was even served in my room. The location is very close to hospital, shopping mall and other local markets and restaurants. I was recovering from surgery during my stay, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and supported. Their kindness made a difficult time so much easier.

Pros: Уже не первый раз проживаем в этом отеле, просторные, чистые номера, отзывчивый персонал.

Cons: Очень маленький завтрак.

Great hotel and manager

Pros: I liked how the hotel manager went out of his way to ensure I made it to the hotel by booking a taxi for me where I wouldn't pay extortionate prices due to being new to the country. And he also booked my ride back to the airport for the same cheap local prices. He was very kind and helpful and anything I needed they accommodated me.

Pros: The staff were so helpful. They were so accommodating to my needs post surgery. I am very grateful for their hospitality.

Cons: The hotel is near a mall which is a bit noisy. I think better quality hotel in does could keep more of the noise out. But I think noise is a common issue in Istanbul. Also the prayer call at 6am is very loud. Woke me up everyday.

You will feel in your second home

Pros: Everything i book now again in third week because it’s comfortable and cozy and friendly staff and amazing cafe inside and super location everything things in couple of minutes you arrive metro mall restaurants cafes sahel sea side

Pros: Cozy hotel with nice stylish , friendly staff, good for smoking person , big room , nice and comfortable bed , good wifi , very nice location, cafes and malls and metro station around you, smart tv with Netflix account, i make other reservations for more days until the romms is full .. فندق مريح واجواءه موديرن وجميله .. الغرفه كبيره .. السرير مريح .. ينفع للمدخنين .. الفطور يوصلونه لغرفتك وحلو .. الانترنت ممتاز.. التلفون سمارت وفي اشتراك نتفلكس.. الستاف مريح ولا يتدخل فيك.. تحت الفندق كافيهات حلوه جدا والمترو والسوق مشي دقايق كل شي قريب عليك.. مددت اقامتي فيه وللأسف لم اجد ايام اكثر كان فل
