Pros: The staff are fantastic. Our first room was a little disappointing, possibly because it hadn’t been used for some time, but we were quickly moved to a larger room free of charge, which was excellent service. The view was wonderful — looking out over the sea and watching the ships dock and wait to enter the harbour was really enjoyable.

Cons: I would have liked to give a higher rating, however the indoor pool was quite poor for this time of year and the whirlpool was not usable. That said, we still had a great stay. Thank you.

Great stay

Pros: The stay was very good especially the staff was very helpful from the start to check out. Ladies in reception Ela and Ipek were especially nice, they assisted perfectly for everything. They will be the reason to come back here.
