Pros: I found everything perfect for my stay and the purpose of my visit.
Cons: The lift can sometimes play up if more than one floor is selected, it can cancel the 1st selection.

Pros: Staff is really friendly and helpful. As it was my mother's birthday, they prepared a really amazing room and cake for her. Restaurant is really amazing with good prices and view to the sea is excellent. Nearby is a shopping mall and metro is also close for heading to the city center.
Cons: It does not say anywhere when making the booking, 100€ deposit will be requested at check-in process. You will learn this only in the hotel.

Great stay in Istanbul 😊
Pros: Large room with a sea view, high windows, comfortable beds, and a very well-equipped bathroom. Excellent, very large spa and indoor pool. Gym open 24/7. Very helpful staff. Wide selection for breakfast. Near the hotel, there is excellent restaurant and cafe, as well a metro station.

One of the best hotel choices in Istanbul
Pros: Great view of the sea and park Room was quite clean and nice Bed was very comfortable for myself I loved the gym, nice they have a squat rack multiple machines and a bench press, multiple cardio bikes and treadmills, very clean as well Location is great close to malls and the sea Shout out to Gozde for providing such a great service, she helped us a lot giving us information about the hotel and asking if we needed anything, all the other staff were really nice and welcoming Definitely recommended and will stay there again next time.
Cons: Just the idea many hotels dont put a bathroom lock, its just strange to me I was traveling with my parent, but I guess they have that assuming most people come as a married couple. Just the lighting is a bit dimmed down. I wanted the minibar to be empty so we can use it, but they only remove the alcohol, which is good they respect Muslims, I mean it's Turkey anyway, but would be nice to have our small fridge in the hotel. Either way those are negative things that are in most other hotels, so I didn't consider them to reduce rating.

Wonderful place to stay on the shores of the Marmara Sea
Pros: This is already our second stay here because we enjoyed our first visit so much. The rooms are clean, modern, and offer beautiful views of the Sea of Marmara. The breakfast is excellent, and we really like the swimming pool and gym area. Everything here feels welcoming and pleasant.
Cons: Just note that when we were there, the sauna in the men’s area wasn’t operating. Hopefully it will get fixed. They request identification from everyone that is checking in.

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect! The hotel is elegant, peaceful, and spotless, with a wonderful sea view. The entire staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. A very special thank you to Mr. Caner Alturay and the whole Brizo Restaurant team — their warm hospitality, friendliness, and care made every meal a delightful experience.
