Pros: Everything was great. The guy at the reception was very kind, calm, and always ready to give advice, explain things, and help. On top of that, he speaks English very well, which is not so easy to find there. The apartment is spacious and beautiful, with a living room full of natural light thanks to many windows. It was clean and fresh-smelling, decorated with elegance and style. All praise ❤️ and we must not forget the kind man Refik, who works as security at the gate. Andrijana🌹Nikola

Great location, great space, lovely staff

Pros: Great location with lovely staff -special mentions for Refik and the young man on reception who were so lovely and helpful. The apartment is super -clean, spacious and in a great location - I’ve booked again for September .

Great place and reasonable price

Pros: The place is perfect for its location, amenities, helpful staff. It's a walking distance from the Aquarium and metro/bus stations to get easily to the center or the airports from. Big apartment with everything you can need. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. Definitely would return and recommend.

Best place away from the main center of Istanbul

Pros: Everyone from the personnel were kind and helpful, especially the man in the reception - he was the best, even when I went to 5-star hotels, I did not receive such service. The apartment was big enough for a family of 2 adults and 2 small children and it was perfectly clean and comfortable. If I could give a higher rating, I would, but the max is 10.

Cons: The contactless payment in the POS terminal was not working, so maybe they should fix that to avoid future issues.

Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at in Istanbul, this one impressed us the most.

Pros: Beautiful area, a peaceful and safe place. The hotel has the most comfortable beds 😀 It’s modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. A wonderful beach and promenade are very close to the accommodation, shopping malls and stores. There is always available (free) parking. The entire staff is amazing, but a special greeting and thanks to Rifak- Always awake, smiling and ready to help!
