Nice stay!

Pros: The receptionist abdelmajid is excellent,helpful, flexible, helped me to find directions , taxi 🚖 transfer . Very happy about his service.

Generally great approach the customer.

Pros: The staff was amazing. At my first room the AC didn't worked properly so I tell them first they try to solve that then, They changed my room without any problem. Also if you clean that it will be amazing that head side of bed right side for 403 it still same things on that one month ago same thing was there too.

Cons: The bathroom ventilation system can be more good there is so moist due to system. It probably related with general building system, not easy to fix that.

Cozy place

Pros: It was a cosy Hôtel with a very organized small rooms with a parking lot close to everything in beautiful area close to bosfor canal and florya aqua mall and Jana mahal and others.

Cons: In general I recommend it if you like the big hotels with large hall will be not your place but I like the hotel house .

Pros: I liked the friendly staff and the facility of cooperating. that is 24 h ready and available for the gusseted even though the location is so nice in the main street, so hope to make it again

Cons: what I do not like is the bed was not good because its twin beds come together so I asked for double one and the support wm with that. really really good
