Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this property. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. The staff was excellent, especially Mrs. Nuriya. She was very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Everything was well organized and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Pros: The hotel is very nice, clean and good location. Breakfast was good. All staff very friendly, especially Nuriye and Beşir , there is also another man on reception who is very nice. Staff will always help you and have a friendly chat.

Pros: The staff was very polite - the receptionist was very helpful with explaining to us all the options for sightseeing, shopping and eating around. The rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

Cons: The only minus is the poor menu for dinner.

Pros: Personal oli suurpärane!!!! Retseptsiooni proua jättis väga meeldiva mulje!!! Äärmiselt lahke, mõistev ja vastutulelik. Samuti restorani poolt teenindav noormees andis endast rohkem, kui ette nähtud - ületas kliendi ootusi. Hotelli miljöö ka meeldis. Oli küll pisut väsinud, kuid mõnusa nostalgialaksu saime. Kui midagi jäigi natuke vajaka, siis teenindajate lahkus korvas kõik. Läheme hea meelega uuesti sinna. Hinna kvaliteedi suhe väga hea!
