I loved how the staff are friendly and ver welcoming

Pros: The room we stayed in was very comfortable and spacious. I also really enjoyed the spa.

Nonetheless great experience overall

Pros: I liked the location and the spa facilities, also the staff were pretty nice everywhere from the entrance personnel to the cleaners. Very respectful and polite.

Cons: I didn’t like the slippery floor in the spa facilities especially that the slippers that were provided made the things worse. I didn’t enjoy the women’s showers as it felt it wasn’t looked after to the standards I’d expected.

Pros: Everything was clean and tidy, the receptionist very friendly and helpful, the rest of the team very good on their job and respectful.

Cons: They can update the breakfast with various choices for kids

Had a fantastic stay, thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Hotel was all we needed, location was perfect.

Pros: The staff were great, our room was always cleaned perfectly. We were very close to the metro and the shopping malls, plus just a short walk to the sea. My children loved having use of the swimming pool.

Cons: The gym could have done with a few more pieces of equipment, maybe some more free weights but in all honestly I wasn’t on holiday to be training. Our bedroom would have benefitted from a towel each not 2 to share between 4. We booked half board but only used it on the last night as nobody mentioned to us about how or where to eat and the restaurant was closed in the hotel in the evenings so we just ate out instead.

Great Hotel/Gym disappointing

Pros: Rooms were clean tidy and modern, right in the heart of the city with a short walk to public transport. Breakfast was amazing and the pool was great to unwind.

Cons: The gym was absolute rubbish, all the equipment is broken, nothing works, they had mismatched dumbells, a couple of cheap resistance bands and not one single machine was working. This was disappointing as it was a big reason I chose this hotel so that I could use the gym daily, I ended up having to go to a local fitness centre at a local mall

Pros: The location was the best - close to lots of means of public transport, close to the port too. It's located on a very vibrant street full of different shops and restaurants. The breakfast was diverse and delicious.

Cons: The arranged dinner wasn't the best - all the same every day, except one of the days. So I wouldn't recommend booking with a dinner.

Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel.

Pros: The general areas and suites were pretty clean and the breakfast had enough options (do not expect turkish breakfast tho, they have an open buffet), suites had enough spaces to move. What makes this hotel different from others is that I believe it was the front office staff. Both Yusuf, Can and the night shift receptionist (can't remember the name) were very kind, presentable and attentive. Special thanks to Can for giving us a free upgrade, we appreciate it. If you're looking for a 4-5 night stay in Istanbul and have some concerns about hygiene and most importantly location, Cip must be your place. Thank u guys, hope to see u soon!
