Pros: The hotel has an excellent location in the Old City, close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable.

Great staff, comfortable and clean room

Pros: Extremely courteous and helpful staff, someone on duty 24 hours a day. They greeted me with tea and baklava, carried my bag up the stairs to my room, gave advice about restaurants and using public transport, and booked a Bosphorus cruise for me, as well as airport transfer. The bed was very comfortable with nice pillows, good shower, good wifi, room very clean. Bottled water was supplied every day, as well as tea and coffee and cookies. Excellent location, near many restaurants and a couple of convenience stores, only a few minutes walk from the Blue Mosque. As a woman travelling alone, I felt quite safe in the area.

Cons: All good.

Fantastic location and comfortable stay

Pros: Location was excellent, staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was large and comfortable - WiFi connection was good. Tea and biscuits served everyday!

Cons: There is no lift - Although this is clearly advertised it’s worth bearing in mind!

Beautiful tiled room, cute hotel, helpful staff.

Pros: Easy to find, close to the sea, close to main attractions and a lovely, spacious clean room. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the large shower and bathroom. We were on the top floor so even had a sea view. The staff were also very happy to recommend places to eat or things to do in the area.

Cons: It’s quite a long walk from the nearest metro station, although buses may be closer. There’s also no lift and we were on the top floor, so it was a little bit of a hike. Very glad we didn’t have big bags!

Pros: The room was very spacious and clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was excellent, all the main attractions were within walking distance, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay again in the future.

Cons: The only minor issue was that some of the towels appeared slightly stained, although they were clean. Aside from that, everything was great.

Pros: We loved the Penthouse, seeing the Blue Mosque from the window and the Bosporus from the other. The bed was huge and very comfortable, shower amazing, dressing gowns, slippers , water and treats were a lovely touch . The place was very clean and the staff very very friendly
