Aycan Sultan Apart Hotel

Very cozy, small, pink hotel - like home.

Pros: I really liked it. This small hotel is in the very center on a quiet street, near Hagia Sophia. It was a very comfortable bed, the ability to cook your own food, a good bathroom. The woman Gulya, very nice. She waited for me not until late at night to check in. Other hotels never wait so long. I was late, and arrived only at 1 am, but she waited for me. She showed me to my room and gave me tea. I felt very comfortable and cozy in this room. I will definitely come here again.

Cons: Opposite the hotel is an abandoned house with broken windows and no one lives there. It was a little scary to look out the window. But this is not the fault of this hotel. And this is not a problem. This is the very center of the city, it is very quiet and peaceful here. I walked alone at night in this area and I was not afraid.

Comfortable, good location & value for money.

Pros: We just had a one night transit stay at the apartment. It was quite comfortable and its location was great since it is quite close to Hagia Sophia & Blue Mosque. The caretaker quite friendly & helping us to arrange for transport to the Istanbul Airport.

Cons: Need to get ready with cash (Turk Lira or Euro) since payment will need to be done at the property.

Pros: Centrally located apartment. We had great stay, all went smooth and great. Walkable distance to everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay 🙏. We highly recommend this apartment for other Travellers.

Pros: In a quiet road, good facilities around Clean and spacious room

Cons: Close to train station - you can hear train every 15-20 mins. The room was also on the ground floor so noises from the street added to the train noises No debit/credit card facilities- they only accept cash

Pros: Staff is nice, the view is amazing to the sea, lots of cafes nearby

Perfect vacation, too short unfotunately

Pros: Perfect location, air conditioning in hot summer, big room for this area hotels. It’s the second time we came here. The location is the best

Pros: Great location - an easy walk to all the main attractions (10min to Hagia Sofia). Clean and spacious

Cons: Water went off for about 12h, however not the fault of the owner

Pros: Everything was great. Perfect location. Ill be back next year.
