Excellent choise, quite, cosy, good location

Pros: Beautiful hotel, beautiful clean room, kind staff. Exquisite view on the roof top breakfast area.

Cons: Breakfast could have more quantity in cheese and butter.

Excellent

Pros: Very close to the tram station, which made getting around easy. Amazing view from the restaurant during breakfast (see view), Friendly staff and a clean room.

Cons: The first room was facing the street and was noisy. I asked to change my room, and the staff accepted my request without any problem.

Amazing experince, highly recommend it.

Pros: You feel like you are spoiled in the hotel. Breakfast with menemen and sujuk made our day. Also the restaurant, which is opening in the evening, is amazing.

Cons: Please check window closing mechanism on 6th floor. You can hear the wind blowing very loud, if the upper part is not sealed properly.

Pros: Helpful staff, comfy rooms, good location and great views from the rooftop bar.

Cons: Windows were not sound proof and even though we stayed at the 6th floor, the noise from the street was too loud. It seemed the windows were open! Breakfast could have a bit more variety.

It's a wonderful hotel that I would like to visit again.

Pros: It’s really a great hotel! The staff is very attentive, they congratulated us on our birthday, it was a pleasure! The rooms are very clean and newly renovated. water and coffee are replenished daily. The hotel is conveniently located, 7 minutes and you are at Dolmabahce. There is a grocery store and a pharmacy within a 2-minute walk. Istiklal is also a short walk away. The hotel has a Michelin restaurant. there are many places nearby where you can have a delicious meal: Terra, Mado. I'll be happy to come back again.

Nice hotel with great staff

Pros: We had a really nice time at the hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially the cleaning lady. The room was comfortable and quite big. The breakfast had a big variety of goods but it was not always so fresh. The hotel location was 10 minutes walk from Taksim and very close to the sea. We had an easy access to the bus station but for the metro station we had to walk a little bit. Overall we enjoyed our time there and we recommend it.

Pros: I had very bad luck, my cards got canceled in Turkey. The Hotel helped me out so I did not miss my flight. The receptionist is the kindest person and made possible that I do not miss my flight. The Hotel crew was very friendly and the hotel itself is clean. I would come again and I am deeply thankful for their help.
