Pros: The hotel in general and the room was great Last month I stayed at point hotel and it is really different. The point hotel was really bad and you pay for no service at all .

Great stay

Pros: Hotel is very well located at approx 15min by taxi of the main attractions. Staff is very friendly and considerate. Had dinner there on the first night and food was very good and well presented.

Cons: The devil hides in the details, for example, a knob was missing on the inside of the door that separates the room from the bath room, the table in the room was a bit shaky.

Pros: Everything was spot on. Hyatt lives up to its reputation, the facility was well maintained, clean, very friendly staff and the location is good just around 8-10 minutes walk from Taksim square Breakfast was good as well

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was expensive but we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Everyone loved our 6 month old and he was accommodated with no fuss at all. Pool area is also nice. I felt comfortable with my family here.

Cons: The location is relatively peaceful for Istanbul but at a cost. The walk to the buses is OK, but it's a challenging walk to the tram stop. The walk to the metro is also OK but it's along a road with heavy traffic and it's not particularly useful if you're trying to get into the old town.
