Great location and exceptional staff
Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Taksim, just a few minutes’ walk from Istiklal Street, which made getting around the city very easy. We booked two rooms. One was on the ground floor and wheelchair accessible, for my mother and her caregiver. The room size was acceptable and functional, though a bit more space would have made movement even easier. Our second room was for three people, with a double bed and an extra bed provided by the hotel. It was comfortable for two and slightly tight for three, but still clean and well arranged. The staff were absolutely outstanding — extremely kind, polite, and genuinely helpful. They supported us in every possible way and showed great flexibility and cooperation throughout our stay. We are truly thankful for their hospitality. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, comfort, and especially the amazing staff.

I would recommend this hotel to the people who like a good level of service for a reasonable price.
Pros: Location is 10 from 10, 5 minutes to metro station and Havaist bus stop (Bus line from the city to international Istanbul airport). You can travel by foot to various historical and favorite tourist places.
Cons: Our room was on the second floor with windows on the street. Unfortunately the windows soundproofing is not enough to sleep well. On the other hand you can upgrade the room on the option with view on Bosphorus, but be ready to pay 25-30% extra.

Pros: very friendly staff. good quality sanitary wear, coffee nespresso, tea, and bottled water every day. The location is very good as well. They gave us a room upgrade and also allowed an early check-in.
Cons: Breakfast is not as reach as you expect after all the goods I mentioned above. But honestly, it was enough.

Pros: Brand new rooms, location is close to Taksim and public transport, yet far from the noise. The star are the staff, everyone is trying to make happy even the housekeeping! Early check-in was given without asking! Marriott beds as usual th3 best!
Cons: Hard to think off.

Amazing stay
Pros: Located in the heart of the city, on Taksim square, 5 minutes by foot to Istiklal street and close to Galataport area. Wonderful breakfast, good wi-fi and amazing city view from the room.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind
