We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Pros: We had an excellent stay at Gezi Hotel. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The location is unbeatable, right by Taksim with everything within walking distance. What truly made the experience special was the staff: incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful at every moment. A perfect mix of style, comfort, and hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. ✨

Pros: We book a twin room with garden view however when we arrived they had availability and they upgrade our room and the staff provide to us a PERFECT VIEW TWIN ROOM (10th floor TAXIM SQUARE VIEW) , without extra charge!!!Thank you so much for your kind , you made our stay memorable!

Cons: There was a construction site right next door so the building would shake a bit.

A decent place that would be a 4-star hotel in Europe.

Pros: Gezi hotel is a decent place, I wouldn't call it 5 star, but a decent 4 star rating is more realistic. The hotel is very close to the city center and Taksim metro, the view from our 8th floor room was quite nice, although there was a construction going on right below our window, which made a lot of noise every day early in the morning, even through the closed window it was a bit disturbing. The breakfast was OK, altough as originally we didn't order breakfast when booking the room, so we had to pay for it on the spot, 30 EUR/ person, which felt a bit overpriced for a 'normal-nothing-special' breakfast. The staff working in the reception were very kind and helpful.

Cons: We were quite exited about the spa area, which was nice, although it only contains a jacuzzi (called a hamam in Turkey), its water could have been a bit warmer; a sauna (also, could have been a bit warmer and why is there a TV in the sauna?), and a steam. Despite the spa was said to be open from 10:00-22:00, the staff started cleaning up around 21:15 and made us feel like they were already closing, also they put our stuff (towel, water bottle, bathing suit) away without us asking or permitting.

Great stay at Gezi Hotel Bosphorus

Pros: We had a great experience at Gezi Hotel Bosphorus. Special thanks to Ümit, Serkan, Yunus, and Jerry from the reception — they were all very kind, helpful, and professional. The location was super, and everything was comfortable and well organized. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Cons: The restaurant food was perfect, but the menu could offer more choices. We would love to see a wider variety of options in the future.

Pros: Great view of Bosphorus and great staff able to help with anything. Breakfast was very tasty and always changed daily a bit. Overall the room was roomy and comfortable to be in.

Cons: I would expect a bit better facilities, there was an old hairdryer that sometimes stopped working, because it got overheated. There was also problem with the shower water leaking a bit through the glass curtain. Also the curtain between shower and bedroom did not have controls so it couldn’t be manipulated. Minor things but still worth a mention.
