Pros: Muhammet and Ozgur’s service was excellent. They were so helpful. They called us taxi’s when we needed it and also suggested loads of areas for us to go and visit in Istanbul. 10/10!

Comfortable stay - would highly recommend!!

Pros: Was a comfortable stay for the duration of the time I was there. Staff were friendly and helpful, got a room upgrade when I asked. Room was nice and very clean. Hammam and massage services were also pretty handy.

Cons: Shame the TV’s aren’t smart. Was also slightly noisy outside due to road traffic.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, but what truly made the experience special were the people who work here (Ozgur and Lifuk). The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived and were attentive to every detail throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a warm, pleasant atmosphere.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Gleam Bomonti in Istanbul! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and welcoming. The sweet little gift was such a lovely touch and made my back home even more special. The location is great and very convenient. Pros: Once again, I had a wonderful stay at Gleam Bomonti Hotel. The rooms are clean and tastefully designed. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of variety. My preferred choice on the European side.
