Pros: Keep coming back to this hotel, and honestly, I’m not even thinking of changing it! The staff are so kind, friendly and supportive, I mean all of them🙏🏻 Everywhere is super clean and well organised. I just feel like home here. Thank you all so much ❤️

Highly recommend this hotel, only positive experience

Pros: Location, staff at the reception was very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfasts were excellent, especially that chocolate cake. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, cleaning was good.

Pros: It is clean. Staff were very good. Breakfast was good.

Cons: Rooms are considered small for me and the heating facility was not comfortable and was noisy.

Pros: Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant overall. Everything was great and, most importantly, very clean. The rooms as well as all common areas were well maintained and taken care of daily. We would especially like to highlight the staff – they were extremely attentive, very friendly, and always helpful. They truly made us feel welcome as guests.

Cons: The only minor downside is the location. The hotel is not very close to public transportation, so getting around can be a bit less convenient than expected.

Perfect stay

Pros: When we came in this hotel from that moment we felt like at home. In the reception everyone was smiling, we get all the information we asked , every time we need some help everyone was here :) breakfast has variety of choice, food was very delicious. Rooms are very clean. All the personal: Sahar, Pinar, Husejn, Tamar,Basil are very nice. I think all good hotels should have employments like in this hotel. Thank you so much!

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Icon Hotel Bomonti. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others :).

Pros: My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 11 days. I must mention the staff, who were incredibly attentive, polite, and always ready to help. Special thanks to these wonderful people — Eyup ,Sahar, Pinar, and Abdullrahman (I hope I spelled the names correctly!). We felt very comfortable during our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy.
