Urban Hotel Bomonti

Pros: Location is perfect, the staff ware very helpful specially Mesut. He made our stay better and easier 10 out of 10

Cons: It was a bit noisy during the night, but this is not a hotel's or staff fold, just a rude customers.

Pros: I stayed in this hotel before, it was perfect to spend time before my flight to Izmır. Staff was friendly, there was plenty of variety at breakfast. My room was clean. They gave us one of the rooms facing the back, so it was very quiet, thank you for that also.

Stay over in Istanbul

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our stay was extended due to unexpected ill health and Memet and the staff couldn't have been more kind or accomodating to our needs. Our room was upgraded and we spent 10 days there. The location was ideal for us. It was walkable (although a little hilly in parts) to local shops and restaurants. Taxis were readily available for venturing further afield. The hospitality provided by Memet was A*.

Cons: Traffic noise was heard when the windows were open but this was expected due to the hotel being located near a road throughway. It did not spoil our stay.

Pros: The property is good, with clean, decent size rooms. Location is very close to many of the central places to visit in Istanbul. But what sets this hotel apart from similar ones is its staff. They are all exceptionally helpful ! Especially Savas Bey at the reception and Muge Hanim. Very caring, helpful and friendly. Can't recommend enough !

Pros: Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Its ok to stay safe for family in good price.

Pros: Massage therapy perfect,taxi available,few markets,close to hospital and javahir shopping center,hotel takeaway nice food and price ok,very friendly staff Mr Masud.

Cons: A bit small of damp ,noisy because of very close to highways and bridge street side room, No swimming pool,poor breakfast fast ,

Comfortable stay and the staff were friendly and accomodating.

Pros: The staff were so welcoming and friendly, lovely to speak to and willing to help us at any time they could. After my rhinoplasty I was recovering at the hotel and felt very looked after. Whenever we were talking with taxi drivers at the front of the hotel, a staff member would always come out to see if we needed any help with dealing with the driver/translation which we really appreciated. We stayed in the family suite and it was impeccably clean and comfortable. We chose the Urban Hotel Bomonti to be close to the Memorial Şişli hospital, so it is a little far out of main Istanbul, but the taxis are cheap so it wasn’t too much of an issue, however with traffic the drive into main Istanbul was about 25-30 minutes - not bad if you’re staying out there all day. The hotel was good value for money, paying less due to not being in the heart of Istanbul and being a little older. Overall it was a great stay.

Cons: A little old fashioned, but nothing faulty or unclean and well priced so no real complaints at all.

Cons: - Unfortunately the rooms on the higher floors were too hot due to central heating. This meant that 3 of my family members had very poor sleep for the duration of the trip (although my room on second floor was bearable when leaving window ajar) - nothing much in the local area, location is right next to a flyover so there is traffic noise. Request a room facing the side street if you can!

Pros: We came to Istanbul for some medical reasons and booked a hotel that was closest to the hospital. The staff was very friendly, we ectended our stay twice and they were always ready to help if needed.

Cons: A bit of renovation would be great in the bathrooms
