Wonderful

Pros: I have a wonderful time in this hotel. The hotel’s staff were very kind and helpful. The bed is very comfortable. They clean every day the room. The night is very quiet. The staff are very friendly and helpful and i want to thanking every one of them. I also want to thanks Hasan, who supported us to find the auto-cleaner and help to arrange everything. We are grateful to everyone from the staff for filling us so comfortable. If we go to Istanbul we will stay again there.

Pros: Clean, very kind and helpul staff, good and diverse breakfast, comfortable rooms. I recommend the hotel

Cons: No parking spot available at the hotel, however the staff helped us find one, 2 min walk from the hotel.

Pros: It was amazing experience Definitely will come back here again Clean rooms and bathrooms ,everything is new and nice, soft amazing beds and pillows,friendly workers especially Omer bey at the reception was truly helpful Absolutely approve and advise

Pros: Clean room, good room service, the staff are very friendly and helpful , frequent house keeping , there is always taxi nearby but metro station not very close ( unless I may be mistaken) overall convenient and reasonably affordable

Cons: Wifi was not always working properly, the place was a bit further than I expected from public transport but not bad, no usb charging ports ( not a dealbreaker if only I did not forget my charger)

Exceptional staff and a wonderful stay.

Pros: My stay at Buke Hotel Bomonti Istanbul was absolutely wonderful! The staff were so kind, respectful, and very attentive. The manager was amazing and the breakfast team was exceptional — always smiling and polite. I felt truly cared for during my stay, even though I was traveling alone. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism!

Pros: Very clean. Not to busy and loud. Workers friendly.

Cons: The location around the hotel. Going to the metro was hard going up the hill.

Really clean room

Pros: Very clean hotel, felt very new. The staff were really friendly and we were able to get around really easy with uber.

Cons: We had a 3 bed room which was just a little tight but fine. Rooms weren't super sound proof but otherwise was a very nice hotel

Good amenities, clean, comfortable and friendly stuff.

Pros: The hotel has really good amenities. Big beautiful clean room. You have everything you need around, restaurants, shops, pharmacies etc. And the stuff was friendly and helpful, I had some issues with my care and they were to help.
