Pros: I had a pleasant stay at Grand Cevahir Hotel, and the overall service was satisfactory. Special thanks to Ms. Anzalet, the Reservation Manager, for her warm welcome, kindness, and professional hospitality, which made the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and cooperative throughout my stay. The hotel experience was generally good; however, improving the level of cleanliness and giving more attention to housekeeping details would further enhance the guest experience. In addition, the interior design and furniture feel somewhat outdated and could benefit from modernization. Overall, it was a good stay, and I appreciate the hotel management for their hospitality and efforts.

Amazing stay. Wish to stay longer

Pros: Clean, beautiful and spacious room. Good hospitality from the staff. Miss Nasim assist us in a lot of things. Mr Edi son also assisted us for the transportation. Facilities provided were great. Any request was attended immediately. Will come again here for next visit in sya Allah.

Cons: I would not say it is 5 star but that is a 4 star hotel . The very first time I entered in bathroom drain was clogged and I had to call maintenance to unclog. They should have checked before delivering the room to me

One of the best in Istanbul

Pros: I stayed here for a week in their charming suite on the top floors, the suite was definietly 11/10. The staff in general is the biggest plus in this hotel. The staff at the front desk is very warm, professional and helpful, especially MR. Omer Faruk. The breakfast is spectacular with a good variety and the chefs at your service at any time, special thanks to MR. Erdogan for always making sure i have a good and relaxed breakfast. The pool, gym, spa, VIP - massage services, security staff - everything is at its top quality and proffesionalism, real 10/10.

Cons: The room service could have been better. Room service should be asap. (max. 15 min) - I can't wait an hour for my Turkish coffee to arrive in the morning.

Pros: This is our second time returning to the Grand Cevahir. It is now our home away from home In Istanbul. The staff are always extremely helpful and the rooms are an extremely generous size. Although we did not eat in the hotel this time, the menu at the restaurant looked very good. The chocolate ice cream in the room service is amazing, I ordered 5 in 4 nights. The breakfast has multiple options and the room is large so there is plenty of seating available. The hotel itself is well looked after and huge! If you get the chance to have a look around the convention centre with its huge ball room and auditorium I would highly recommend it. The hotel has a lovely smell to it, one which we could bottle up and take home. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to and from the Cevahir mall which was once the largest mall in the Europe. We will definitely be back again.

Cons: The spa was unfortunately closed but this is due to renovation so it is actually a good thing as the spa did need a touch up when inside it on our last trip..

Pros: A young friend at the reception, Mr. Burak, was very helpful and nice.

Cons: It's too bad there's no alcohol sold in the hotel, it's surprising how they got 5 stars.
