Pros: Hi, When I got to the hotel, I was upgraded to a better room for free. The cleanliness, and room were really good. The location is fine, and you can walk to the nearest metro Osmanbey in about 10 -15 mins. The on reception in particular, iLAYDA, EMRE ,and OGUZ were really helpful and always answered and assisted my stay as much as they all could. 5 star to the reception guys! Thanks 👍

Pros: This hotel was really good, staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very nice and it was very clean..!! The beds and pillows were very comfortable had a very good night sleep. It’s close to everywhere literally 15mins by taxis to all main attractions. Would highly recommend..!! 😊

The price of tea and coffee in the hotel cafe was very expensive, and the hotel breakfast was usually the same every day

Cons: One problem was that the shampoo and body wash were all in one container. The quality was not good. It could be better. Like other four-star hotels, each one should be installed in a separate container on the bathroom wall. It would be better if the shampoo and body wash were each separate.
