Good

Pros: Good hotel with very nice and helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with a comfortable bed that made for a good night’s rest. The area is quite large, but the hotel is conveniently located close to a main road, making it easy to get around. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value.

Everything was great

Pros: While traveling from Switzerland to Ordu, we chose the Aspera Hotel, which is in a beautiful location. The hotel has a lovely reception team. thanks to Mr. Serat. We had a very warm conversation, and because I was tired from the journey, they offered me free use of the sauna and Turkish bath. I was very pleased. I didn't expect a hotel stay to make me feel so good. It was a wonderful encounter, and I will definitely come back. 🙏🏻

A nice getaway in Istanbul

Pros: Nice, cute and cosy. It’s rather a small hotel but with an excellent location next to the Metro station. Very nice breakfast.

Pros: This hotel doesn't make you feel like you need to search for a hotel. They're available 24/7 for any assistance you may need. The restaurant and reception are open 24/7. I drive, and since it's a connecting area, it's easy to get to. Sometimes I leave my car and use the metro or metrobus right next to the hotel to get anywhere in Istanbul. Finally, I'd like to thank the gentleman at the reception for the coffee.

Pros: Location was perfect for my needs hotel was very clean with full facilities and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast options and garden to relax. Would come again

An excellent choice for comfort and exploring the city.

Pros: With an Istanbul card the location was ideal for travel with Metro, Metro bus and numerous other bus lines within easy walking distance. The room (1104) was spacious, had three(!) armchairs, was tastefully decorated and well sound-proofed against the noise from the street. The bathroom was spotless and the large shower clearly exceeded my expectations. The breakfast offer and the service in the restaurant was very good on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday. The reception staff were always eager to assist. The defect light bulb in the bathroom was replaced within minutes.

Cons: Both of the windows in the corner room were locked. The breakfast on Sunday had a more limited choice and seemingly a staff shortage as empty dishes and coffee pots took time to be replaced. I didn't discover an alternative to the elevator.

Very good, will definitely book again

Pros: Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good location. And very clean. Good food options, breakfast buffet had so many options and 24/7 room service including house keeping. My little boy was sick one night and I called reception for clean bedding and towels, they sent a house keeper immediately to help. The spa is also lovely and very clean. This was our second time staying at this hotel and we will definitely stay again.
