Pros: Good location, room was decent, staff was nice. I also enjoyed the pool area

Good with some downsides

Pros: The bed in our room was very comfortable. All the stuff was really helpful and ready to make our stay better. The breakfast was really good and offering a great variety.

Cons: The WiFi is terrible. Signal is very week in the room and frequently disconnecting. We wanted to use the spa to relax and the steam room was moulded and smelled very bad because of this.

Pros: Good location for where I wanted to be. The fitness centre and the heated pool were excellent for rainy and cold days. The breakfast choices varied and you can't get bored having the same breakfast plus lots of local touches you can try. Housekeeping on the 4th floor made my day, showing up with a smile and morning greetings. The rooms are well furnished and comfortable.

A comfortable and safe stay in a great location with helpful staff

Pros: the location was the easy access to both the European and Asian sides. The building feels safe, especially regarding earthquakes, as the area is known to be secure. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were renovated and comfortable.

Cons: In general I like, but I didn’t use some facilities, my comment might not evaluate the facilities

We had a great time!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel genuinely looked after throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the hotel facilities were excellent. Everything was easy, relaxed, and well organised, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t fault the hotel, great staff and great hotel

Pros: The staff were very helpful, helped to carry out cases to our room which meant a lot as I was staying for surgery and was struggling to carry things. Staff phoned to check in that everything was okay shortly after check in. Staff were pleasant and great with speaking English which made our stay so much easier. The rooms were beautiful and clean, could not fault the hotel

Pros: I loved my stay in Mercure . Exceptional service , everyone super polite . Whatever you ask them within few seconds at your door. Facilities are amazing . Hamam , sauna is included . I love it, i would definitely stay again once I go to Istanbul .
