One of our best accommodation experiences

Pros: The hotel is located in one of the most central areas of Istanbul, in Taksim Square. All public transportation is right next to it, making it very easy to explore the city! The hotel is new, and Selim, along with the girls at the reception, were always willing to help us with any questions or concerns we had. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and every morning the staff provided us with fresh towels and a perfectly clean room. I highly recommend it without hesitation, and we will definitely visit again on our next trip to Istanbul.

Nice Hotel close to Taksim Square.

Pros: Nice clean hotel close to Taksim Square. Within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping & local sights. Staff were very friendly & offered help if needed. A lift in the hotel is available. My room had a kettle & fridge too. The bed was very comfortable & the shower was great.

Pros: The Hotel is close to all the Public transportation, specially if you need to get to the airport. Orhan will provide you with sim and transportation card .

Pros: They surprised me with an upgrade to a bigger room, equipped with a small kitchenette. That was very lovely The bed was excellent for me (firm), air condition top, and despite it being close to Taksim, it wasn't too loud at night. Streets were safe to walk in the late evening when coming home and the location is top. I also liked that they reached out beforehand, explaining the ways how you can reach them from the Airport, including the pricing.

Cons: The shower equipment could use an update + had no warm water. Which I didn't mind at the end of a hot day, as it's cool, not cold water - but first thing in the morning it sure was a wake up call I didn't expect 😅 In both messages I received prior to arrival they stated that I should not buy the Istanbulkart at the Airport, as they would give it to me for free. At arrival he said though, that they can not give to me because they have the guests return it upon departure - and that wouldn't make sense for me, as I was only staying there 1 night and moving on somewhere else in Istanbul - so would need the card longer. Fair enough, but that's not how they communicated it beforehand with their, probably google-translated messages.

Pros: The best thing: despite being very close to Taksim square it's a bit isolated, so you can barely hear the Mosque at night. And generally it's uncharacteristically quiet for istanbul. Very considerate host. We liked the breakfast

Cons: Rooms are pretty old. Bathrooms a bit smelly.

Pros: Fabulous breakfast, lovely gesture to loan us the Istanbulcard for travelling around the city and the free room upgrade was much appreciated. The staff couldn't do enough for us - thank you.
