Cihangir Palace Hotel

Pros: Breakfast was always freshly cooked and when my gf asked for additional eggs, they were made, even though it was after formal end time of breakfast! The staff were very friendly, honestly I don't think I have ever met such friendly staff before, especially I want to note the front desk guy Fati, he was awesome!

Pros: location, the guys at the reception were polite and helpful

Pros: Staff were friendly they let me store my bicycle in the lobby. Rahmi was very helpful, I was trying to collect a parcel and he phoned customs for me.

Cons: The shower took a while to drain

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant and clean room with an air conditioner and a refrigerator. The hotel has a terrace that is always open and free to use for relaxing and sitting around with a cup of coffee, water, or e.g. with your own food in the evening. A breakfast buffet started not always punctually while our stay, but it has a good variety of both standard european foods (bread, cheese, jam, eggs) and local foods - cold and hot dishes. It was always very tasty :) The location is really good, it's comfortable to reach the tram station, shopping centre with cafés (Galataport) and Taksim Square.

Cons: Some two-bed rooms have too little day light because of a very small window in a niche. But if you are not going to spend much time in the room during the day, it won't be a problem.

Pros: El servicio estupendo, Rahmi el chico de recepción fue muy atento y amable y siempre estaba disponible para solucionar cualquier duda.

Pros: Mein Aufenthalt in dem Hotel war sehr angenehm. Die Lage war ruhig und gut gelegen. Besonders positiv fand ich das vielfältige Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl an Lebensmitteln. Ein besonderes Lob geht an den Mitarbeiter Rahmi an der Rezeption – er war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat mir den Aufenthalt von Anfang an erleichtert. Ich habe mich gut eingelebt und wohlgefühlt.

Pros: Calisanlar cok ilgili, kahvaltı da beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Kahvalti salonunun manzarasi cok güzel, lokasyon da cok iyi. Çok memnun kaldık. Rahmi Bey'e yardımlarından dolayı cok teşekkür ederiz.

Minunat!

Pros: Totul a fost perfect: personalul foarte amabil și politicos (Rahmi care se afla la recepție când am sosit la hotel ne-a făcut ”introducerea” și aproape ne-a făcut să ne simțim ca acasă), curățenie impecabilă, micul dejun diversificat. Hotelul este amplasat la câteva sute de metri de piața Taksim, foarte aproape și de portul în care sunt acostate navele de croazieră. Tot în apropiere, pe strada Cihangir se află o parcare publică ISPARK cu tarife decente.
