Pros: We stayed there for 9 nights with a group of 8 people and ended up very happy with our stay. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The location was 10/10. Galataport being in walking distance, and with tram , bus and ferry stations just around the corner, all the sites were easily accessible. Great deal for the price. The superior double room was a bit small, but still clean and comfortable. There was a daily housekeeping / cleaning included. Oh and a lot of cats in the neighbourhood, which we loved.

Cons: The room felt a little worn and could benefit from minor touch-ups, like fresh pain or cosmetic repairs. Nothing major. Sound isolation was not great. When in the room, we could hear the conversations in the hallway very clearly.

Fantasic city and great hotel!

Pros: Everything was wonderful. We really apreciated the helpful and friendly staff. They helped us get familiar with the area and Sam even accompanied us to get our transport card! The hotel is right by the tram and only two stops from the central part.The room was confortable and clean. The staff really made the experience, they were warm, welcoming and chatty. Pros: Fantastic Location. So many sights within walking distance but easy, efficient and cheap public transport on the doorstep. Small Boutique hotel with extremely personal service. Clean rooms and reception area. From arrival to departure we were treated like very good friends. Special thanks to Sam who couldn’t do enough for us above and beyond. Also Ardalan who was so friendly and helpful at all times. We will recommend to friends and family and would most definitely visit again. If you stay here you will never go short on complimentary freshly made Turkish tea or coffee. Thank you !!

Cons: Not a single thing about the property, the only negative for some people may be that there is a building awaiting demolition opposite. Did not impact us in the slightest. Hospitality and Location were amazing.
