Pros: The hotel has a perfect location, and the room was spacious and very clean. The service was outstanding, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very cooperative. They speak English very well, which made everything easy. The view was absolutely amazing. Thank you to the entire team without exception, and special thanks to Fateh at the reception for his kindness and professionalism.

Cons: The room cleaning was not that perfect as lady cleaner need more proffessional training on cleaning room well and mobile phone shouldnt be with them at work time or not allowed to use it in guest room

A Very Pleasant Stay

Pros: The location is perfect... Just few steps from Findikli Tram station, where you can go nearly everywhere, and ia also very close to Bus station... The view from the room was very nice, and the room was very clean, and the moment yoh enter the Hotel you feel how clean and nice it is... All the staff were very nice and helpful in every way without exception, especially Ferat and Mevlüt for their kindneas and assistance. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the restaurant was outstanding.

Cons: Thr room had no chair... The breakfast is not an open buffet and is fixed every day, but still was good... The Azur terrace was closed during our stay due to renovations...
