Aspera Hotel Golden Horn

Pros: Right next to the metro station and the room had a wonderful view.

Pros: We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights in room 101. The room was excellent, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The room was cleaned promptly and impeccably. Mrs. Elif was always kind, discreet, and attentive, and she brightened our stay with some lovely creations made from the towels we found in the room. Thank you for everything.

Pros: This was not the first time staying at Aspera and will definitely revert. All is great, skipped breakfast but very good value for money, all in all would recommend.

Cons: Pillows are extremely hard.

Pros: The service was wonderful. The entire staff genuinely tried to help at every step — they were accommodating, attentive, and very kind, even offering small compliments that made the stay especially pleasant. The room itself was very neat and thoughtfully furnished, with high-quality furniture and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I was absolutely delighted by the city view, and despite that, the room was very quiet. The bathroom was spacious, with excellent water pressure and very good ventilation. The temperature comfort deserves a special mention: I am sure it will be neither too hot nor too cold in summer, and during winter I never felt cold at all. I would especially like to highlight the staff, the location, and the room amenities. These are the main reasons why I can confidently recommend this hotel.

Cons: I may be mistaken, but it seems I wasn’t able to connect the TV to watch my own content. It might simply require an update. Nowadays there are many convenient solutions that allow one-click access to services like Netflix or YouTube, instead of a limited set of average-quality TV channels.

Very nice hotel on great location and great stuff

Pros: Location is perfect. The stuff amazing, they are polite, helpful and attentive. Hotel is very nice and clean.

Cons: Variety of breakfast could be improved. Cosmetics in the room could be more practical. But overall these are minor issues.

Good accommodation in the lively area of Istanbul and near to the main attractions

Pros: Great location in a lively area of Istanbul. Good walking and public transportation accessibility to the main attractions in the city. The room was comfortable and had enough amenities. The breakfast was very good and the staff super nice. Many restaurants and coffee shops around. .

Cons: Friday and Saturday evenings are lively and if you are sensitive to noise this might not be a good area for you to stay in. For us it was ok.

Very comfortable convenient hotel in good location

Pros: The breakfast was very good offering lots of choices. The location of the hotel is excellent very close to the Sishane metro and also many buses. It is a ten minute walk to Istikal Cd where there are lots of shops and restaurants and 3 minutes from the Galata Tower where there are lots of restaurants. The metro from Istanbul airport where you can purchase an Istanbulkart for public transport will get you to the hotel if you change at Gaytreppe. Very safe for solo female traveller.

Pros: Perfect location,very close to Sisane metro, near Galata tower, lot of cafe and restaurants, Topkapi and Aja Sophia easy to visit

Cons: The water pressure is not stabile
