Pros: Stay was perfect. The panoramic view from the room was amazing. The staff was very welcoming and always had a smile on their face.

Cons: I felt the breakfast option could be improved.

If ever I get an opportunity to come back to Istanbul, I know where I’ll be staying!

Pros: We really enjoyed our 5 day stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff was really nice and welcoming, the room was big and spacious and had a very beautiful city and sea view. The room was cleaned daily during our 5 day stay and cleanliness was top notch. We also enjoyed our daily breakfast buffet filled with eggs, fruits, veggies and obviously turkish bread and cheese. The view from the Terrace was superb and we really enjoyed our late night coffee on the terrace. Also the location of the property is great. Just 5 mins away from Galata Tower. So late night street walks on the Galata tower lane are also a must do when staying at this hotel.

Cons: No complaints from my side. Everything was perfect.

A great stay, I will choose it again

Pros: Location is perfect, close to Galata Tower and few minutes to Tunnel and Istiklal Street Staff and hospitality were great, they are supportive and showed friendly attitude all the time View from the room is amazing

Cons: They had to take the room price using local currency or you have to pay them Euros in cash, they said they don't have a credit card machine that accepts other currencies.This is not a big issue just be prepared for this.

Pros: This was our 3rd time staying here. We travel every two years from Australia and stay here for multiple reasons - the view on top of the hotel, the staff and the location. We are always very happy staying so close to Galata Tower and the staff always make us welcome. The photos are from the terrace on level 8. We have also stayed at multiple Hilton hotels in Istanbul but this is always my favourite. Breakfast on the terrace after 8am is relaxing with a fabulous view.

Very satisfied.

Pros: Extremely good location, just 1 minute walk from the nearest metro station and 3 minutes walk from Galata Tower. Very quiet place with nice view and warm in winter, with endless hot water for shower (and ground heating).

Cons: Although the view on the 7th floor where breakfast is served is enviable and unique, however the breakfast is always the same (meze type) and you don't get to choose dishes or meals. Another negative thing about the breakfast, is the fact that it opens at 08:00, which may delay your morning plans. Also, twice we went to breakfast at 08:00 and there was no one there, so we went down to the reception to inform them that we would like to be served.
