super convenient, clean, amazing location and staff

Pros: Extremely nice staff, perfect for any group, family or couple! Trully an amazing stay, that made our trip to Istanbul unforgettable!!

Pros: Goog things: -Location is excellent your in the center of Taksim area and you can go anywhere on foot or with public transport. -Rooms are clean, small but very cozy. -Reception works 24 hours -Manager and the two other guys were very helpful at the reception if you have any problem you just tell them and they will resolve it for you -price for the stay was also quite good

Cons: Negative thing: Day before my stay I was contacted by some Indian scammer on WhatsApp so he had my phone number he had my date of stay at this hotel he knew the name of the hotel so if you get any of these messages just delete them don't follow up because they want to take your credit card info. I don't know how this happened maybe hotel has a bad online security I don't know how they manage to get my information but this never happened to me anywhere else where I i traveled so this was a little bit suspicious. And I never had this issue with booking.com for any other accommodation.

Pros: The staff were amazing and helpful, they upgraded our room for free and took care of us the entire time! The rooms are beautiful and huge and fully renovated and clean! The location was amazing, you are literally next to the Galata tower!

Pros: New decorations with luxury items. The furniture was brand new and comfortable. The location is the best in Istanbul, it’s close to Galata tower 7 mins walk. Local facilities and shops like SOK and restaurants are very close to you there. The transportation of all kinds are around, specially the metro link and local buses. The hotel is in the heart of Istanbul attractions like Taksim, Eminönü and other areas, all of them can be reached easily by walking, depending on the destination you want to go.

Pros: The room, the people, everything! Very helpful staff, great city view by the 4th floor!

Pros: Everything was perfect. The location was good, and the staff was very helpful. Hayyam from the reception was really kind and solved all the problems.

Pros: Very kind and helpful staff. It's close to the subway, embankment and main attractions. The room was small, but clean enough. There was enough for one person.

Cons: The bathroom door didn't lock. There is only one power socket in the room. The view from the window.

Pros: It was a good location close to everithing we want to see, , very clean, excellent personal, quiet, close to subway and Galata Tower, many places to eat local food also with nice persons to serve, very nice

Cons: Bazar was closed on Sunday and I did't know. Coudn't find a specific Chocoltate or a supermarket close by, but I didn't try hard enough

Perfect

Pros: I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to Galata Tower, Taksim Square, and the Golden Horn, with easy access to buses and the metro. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived late, but Mr. Soltan made our late-night check-in smooth and easy. Highly recommended!
