Perla Galata Hotel

It's good with room for improvements

Pros: The hotel is located in a very strategic area between Galata and Sultanamhet, close to a metro station. Room was clean even if some appliances need to be renovated

Cons: Streets around the hotel were dark at night and a very strong smell came from a nearby place. It was difficult even to open the window since it was so strong

An amazing stay with the friendliest staff and great room and views. Perfect location couldn’t have asked for better.

Pros: The staff first off were super friendly and they were so so helpful with literally any information that we needed to get around. We booked a different room for the first day but they upgraded us to the executive room. The location was perfect as it was close to so many tourist places. They even gave us a card for free breakfast at Gunëy which was a cafe right next to the Galata tower. Perfect start to our holiday. As soon as we walked in the room, it was very spacious and clean. It was very cold the day we arrived but there was an ac and heater in the room which warned us up in no time. We needed special sockets for our plug devices and these were also provided. And 12 bottles of water which was amazing as I drink water a lot. The bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing. We also had a balcony and every morning we got a beautiful view of Istanbul. It was amazing staying here

Cons: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Everything was lovely.

If you're looking for a cosy getaway that also allows you to explore the city, this is the perfect place.

Pros: It's a clean hotel with everything you could need during your stay. We loved the location, as it’s a short walk from everything you could need, and it's also very well connected to public transport. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. We also loved the rooftop area and the view from there.

Pros: I recently stayed at perla glata hotel for 2 days and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. ​The room was spotless and well-appointed. I particularly loved the comfortable king-sized bed / stunning city view / modern bathroom]. It was also surprisingly quiet, which made for a great night's sleep.

A comfortable one-night stay in a great location with genuinely welcoming staff who made me feel at home in Istanbul.

Pros: The staff were incredibly helpful and warm throughout my stay. Despite not speaking Turkish, they went above and beyond to assist me with communication, including helping me inquire about local restaurants. The hotel provided a useful pamphlet with recommendations for things to do in the area, which was very thoughtful. The location was excellent and convenient for exploring Istanbul.

Cons: Everything met my expectations for the stay.
