Value for money better than a hotel

Nice for weekend break.
Pros: Apartment is located in an area with a lot of hardware stores at the cross section of two busy roads. There is normal city noise. It is opposite of train station Haliç and 7 min walk to T1 tram line which goes directly to all major attractions. Downstairs there is small grocery store and on the left pastry shop. Apartment is nice, bed comfortable, water pressure perfect. Contact with the host was very good.
Cons: Few drawbacks: there is no ventilation in the bathroom, so after shower everything is wet. You have to open small window to dry off. Kitchen lacks mugs (there is just one for 2 people), knifes are so dull that slicing tomato is a problem. Cleaning is ok, however rather superficial.

Amazing stay, perfect location, view and the host!
Pros: We had an amazing stay. Location, lovely host, apartment itself, the view - everything was spotless, even more beautiful than on the pictures. The host was always available to us, with all good advices and recomendations which made our stay pleasent and secure. We will come again for sure!
Cons: It didn't affect our experience but just to note that it is a very noisy area so you can expect trafic sounds all day and night long. Better isolation will definetely be a great plus.

Central and cosy accommodation
Pros: We booked 3 apartments for a trip with my friends. Overall, we were pleased with the location and the rooms. The biggest advantage is the central location, safe surroundings, very well connected to everything, a metro station across the street and non-stop market downstairs. The apartment in the front building has a very beautiful water view.
Cons: The biggest problem for me was the noise. The streets are very busy, and you can hear all the traffic. Also, every day at 6:30 am you can hear the call for prayer (I think this happens all over Istanbul). We also had some problems with one of the bathrooms, but the owner was responsive in fixing it. The second building is behind, so it has no view at all. Also, no elevator in the second building (not a problem for us, but maybe important to other visitors).

Pros: Great stay, we only have the best to say, our choice was worth it, everything was spotless, the apartment had everything we needed, with amazing decoration, great view, in a perfect area, for everything a visitor needs. Transportation, parking, mini market. all points of interest within a short distance! Above all, we had excellent communication from the beginning with clear and informative instructions for everything and with great respect! We will definitely be back soon!

Great location and facilities
Pros: We used the metro from airport to Halic stop located on the bridge with a transfer at Gayrattepe station. Take M11 from airport and then M2 from Gayrattepe. Scammers hang around the card machines at airport so do not hand over your credit card. We were late arrivals so key collection was prearranged from shop under accommodation. All communication with reservation staff was very good. Lovely big clean unit with the most comfortable bed ever. Great location for exploring on metro or ferries. There is even a little neighbourhood supermarket underneath. Attached photo is of the building as seen from metro stop Halic. So pleased to have stayed here.
Cons: I could absolutely not complain about anything.

Pros: The hotel is in a perfect location-аll the most interesting sights in Istanbul are literally within reach! You can walk to palaces, markets, ferries, and the waterfront. A great spot for those who want to truly experience the city’s atmosphere.

Excellent spot to explore Istanbul from! Wonderful accommodation for a wonderful city!
Pros: Quick response time from our host and we could even check in earlier. Smooth check in process and the apartment is centrally located. Nice big room, clean and a comfy bed!

Pros: The room is big enough for 2-3ppl and clean, it located between Karaköy pier and Galata Tower, and just 10 mins walk to subway station. The location is quiet and many local restaurants nearby, easy to get your Turkish seafood meal near to the pier. I love the moment when crossing the İBB Karaköy Sahil Parkı, which just 5 mins walk from the hotel, many cats there and very good sea view. Most important, the host is very nice and helpful.
Cons: no elevator, many windows but no view, a little bit close to next building. But these are just miner things.
