Great hospitality

Pros: The hospitality was excellent! Clean, very helpful in everything we asked for and very kind especially Omur and Ali with whom we were more in contact. The hotel is 20 minutes walking from Agia Sofia and 10 from Galata Tower.

Nice hotel near Galata bridge

Pros: Nice comfy hotel, short walk to Galata bridge, good breakfast with very nice view from the 10th floor

Cons: The road outside the hotel is noisy and very chaotic, room was big but a lot of empty unused space

Very convenient central city hotel

Pros: After 30+ years working in tourism I have to say: The reception staff was exceptionally helpful. Polite, patient and very informative. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was satisfying with exceptional view of the Keratios bay (golden horn) Location very comfortable for all means of public transport. Fresh drinking water supply daily plus tea and coffee . The recycling idea is exceptional and the linens and towels very clean. Very comfortable bed.

Cons: Very very minor damages obviously caused by previous tenants. Should be mentioned that metro station is a few steps away but thanks to the staff it all went smooth.

Amazing hotel

Pros: The hotel was a walking distance to eminonu and 5 min max to all types of transportation very convenient if you don’t want to spend money on taxis Breakfast was diverse and very delicious Our rooms were so wide and with galata tower view and was cleaned everyday really recommend would definitely stay another time

Pros: The whole experience was very positive. Sara and others at the reception, housekeeping staff, shuttle service from/to the airport - all were helpful, understanding and supportive. Grateful for this hotel's team for the very positive experienced. Next time I am in Istanbul I would definitely choose this hotel without spending time to choose from among hundreds of hotels in the city. Thank you!
