Amazing, beautiful ambience, great people

Pros: Everything was great! The room had a breathtaking view of the Galata bridge so did the roof were we had breakfast every morning. The stuff was very polite and took care of us in every sense, providing a clean space and a welcoming environment. Special thanks to Mahmood at the front desk who was so helping with giving us extra information about the city's whereabouts!

Cons: The really small elevator and the TV not connecting to different countries channels

The location is superb, offering easy access to key attractions while maintaining a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel itself is elegant, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed to ensure a relaxing experience. I would like to extend special appreciation to ( Ali ) at the reception, whose professionalism, courtesy, and genuine hospitality made a remarkable difference. His warm welcome, attention to detail, and willingness to assist reflected the highest standards of service. Pros: The best room (903) with a panoramic view of the Keratios bay, in whole Istanbul. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. We especially want to thank Mr. Ali Celik who made every effort and satisfied our requests. Situated at a very central location from where you can walk to many attractions. It is very clean and the breakfast is very good with high quality. We will gladly choose it again

Good location and amazing view

Pros: Location is perfect, 3-5 minutes to Halic metro station. Lots of points easily reached by foot. We were upgraded to the room with a view, that was just perfect, no need to visit Galata Tower. Personal is friendly, turkish breakfast is served in the roof top restaurant. Overall, our best hotel ever in Istanbul, because of the fantastic views and the location.

Cons: The room is relatively small, but ok for a short stay. Personal in the restaurant looked tired by the end of the day.
