Pros: The place is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located near all the main attractions. What made the stay even better was the staff’s kindness and responsiveness—especially Sara at reception and Farooq. Thank you both for making the experience so pleasant.

Pros: The stay was perfect! We thank a lot to Mis Shokufeh and Mr. Hakan for excellent service and gave a support in many cases! Will definitely visit again, this is our favorite hotel in Istanbul!!!

Pros: The location is great , easy to get to Fatih neighborhood and taksim/ galata . It’s in between both areas and Rahme made sure the room was perfectly clean . Great value

Pros: Plenty of space, great view, everything whats needed, is available.

Cons: Room smelled like it was used as a smoking area. Breakfast is nor so special

The staff were always helpful and attentive — special thanks to Shokufeh and Tolga, who supported me with everything I needed, from arranging an extra chair for my workspace to helping with luggage and coordinating the airport transfer. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the location was perfect — my partner could safely explore the area on foot while I focused on my work.

Cons: There wasn’t much to dislike. Adding a bit more variety to breakfast during longer stays could make it even better.

Perfect no-frills stay for an Istanbul holiday

Pros: Halich was perfect for our 4-day stay. Location was perfect for us. You're not in the middle of touristy things, but it's walkable to Galata, Karakoy, and various tram stops, ferries, metro and bridges which makes it perfect for reaching the best bits of Istanbul in 10-15mins. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a decent variety, and views from rooftop every day were amazing. Room was spacious enough for us and very clean. Simple and minimal, not much in the way of extras except the slippers, but it was enough. I'd say this is more of a 3-star hotel than 4-star FYI, but it was fabulous value for money.

Cons: Better coffee making facilities in the room would be appreciated for 4* (just a kettle and nescafe sachets) but that's really the only thing I can grumble about

Pros: The staff have been very helpful. We get upgraduate rooms and this was a nice surprise for us. The location is amazing because it is nearby the top attractions such as Galata tower, and coffe shops with amazing cakes San Sebastian we would like to recomend, all the museums , Aja Sofija, Cisterna etc. The breakfast on the rooftop was great with the best view to Aja Sofija etc. We would like to praise Mrs Ceren and the room division manager Mr. Ensar who has helped us with a big problem we have had. All the teams was working on it and all of them are great. Thank you also for the fruits and wine delivery to the rooms after we have solved the problem together.
