Great price/performance ratio

Pros: Great hotel, very helpful staff members. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Shower with good pressure, comfortable bed. Very nice roof top restaurant. I had a few requests for dinner and they made them exactly I have asked. Amazing antique elevator in the lobby that you can only see in old films. Surely will book again when I come back to Istanbul.

Pros: We had an outstanding stay. The whole team was genuinely amazing - warm, professional, and consistently kind. Breakfast was excellent and set a great tone for the day. The reception team in particular were fantastic: attentive, responsive, and always ready with smart suggestions that matched what we were looking for. Their activity recommendations were a highlight. They arranged experiences we wouldn’t have found on our own, including creating our own perfume, which was memorable and beautifully organised. The guide they suggested was also excellent - knowledgeable, punctual, and made everything easy. The spa team also deserves a special mention: friendly, professional, and made the experience feel calm and high quality from start to finish. Finally, the welcome presents were a very kind touch and made us feel truly looked after. Thank you to the whole team for such a special stay - we will absolutely return and recommend you to others.

Pros: Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. Stayed here while on our honeymoon and they were so generous leaving gifts in our room. The rooftop bar is lovely too.

Everything from the airport transfers,the room, the staff, the breakfast and the hotel position was perfect.

Cons: Slight street noise but to be expected in Istanbul and ear plugs meant I slept very well!

Pros: Very nice stay, comfortable with friendly staff, breakfast was okay, service was very slow, drinks on the roof bar and in the lobby bar were expensive and laundry was expensive but otherwise we loved everything.

Exceptional service and style in great location

Pros: Stunning interior, both the rooms and reception. Often the reception area of a hotel is stunning and the rooms disappointing but this hotel was first class in every aspect. The rooftop bar was spectacular

Cons: The light switches were confusing..needed clearer instructions
