Would stay there again

Pros: The property is in walking distance to a tram station The the hotel is in walking distance to Galant Tower which is wonderful and full of good restaurants

Cons: The area could be clean up and made a little more pretty

Pros: Suat at the reception.. What a great guy he tried his best to make our stay pleasant.. And it was.. The housekeeping ladys were helpful as well.

Cons: 2 out of 3 windows in the suite room was broken and the shawar head was broken too.. And they don't provide breakfast.. Other than that it was an amazing and pleasant stay I would do it again.

Pros: location and value for money.the hotel is a bit old, so not everything looks like in the photos, but overall it is well-kept. for Istanbul and this location, the price in relation to the room is adequate. bedding and bathroom clean.Let it be a recommendation that I often come back to this hotel.

Cons: mattresses in some rooms would require replacement due to their deformation. minor shortcomings, e.g. not enough towels on the first day, quickly replenished when requested. the view from the window will not delight everyone. but you don't come to Istanbul to sit in the window ;)

Central, nice, good for those who like to hang out.

Pros: The location was great - many tourist locations were nearby, very close to pedestrian streets. We liked the small garden of the hotel - a nice place to stay after dark.

Cons: We were hoping to have a refridgerator and a kettle in our room. Had neither.

Clean, convenient and perfect

Pros: Friendly staff, great locatiom, convenient tourist guides. They even printed our boarding passes. Suggested excursions and booked for us withour any hasstle. value for money with a 5 star service. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting istanbul.

Cons: Nothing that we disliked about this place. Spot on.

Pros: The hotel is located just 1 minute from the Galata Tower. The staff at the reception are always ready to help. I stayed for two days, and on the second day, the room was cleaned as well. I liked everything. Thank you👍

Cons: The renovation and furniture in some places are not new.

Great place

Pros: The hotel is 1 minute from Galata Tower. Very easy to reach. Room is nice decorated. Mohamed was very helpful. Nice cosy area outside to.sit, in the evening. I will definetly return.
