Querencia Hotel

The location was perfect, lovely rooftop breakfast area. Everything was perfect.

Pros: So friendly and welcoming. It was our 25th anniversary and they decorated the room with petals and a lovely cake. They couldn't do enough for us.

Cons: N/A. Exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Very nice room and bed. Good location. Very friendly staffs.

Cons: There was no table/ desk and chair in the room for online work.

Pros: Very convenient location and nice breakfast with a panoramic view!

Pros: Small hotel in 50 metres from Galata tower. All was good, breakfast is very tasty, staff friendly and helpful. Since it is in very center of the city, don't expect silence :)

Cons: Not much to say - pillows were too high for us.

Cons: Its very difficult for taxi to locate the hotel. Most of the time I'd have to be drop off a street or two away from the hotel. It is expected as the hotel is very close to Galata Tower. Also, the breakfast was repetitive the same everyday.

Good hotel!

Pros: We (couple in our 30s) really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone from the staff was super friendly and helpful. The location in Galata is great - we could see the tower from our room, there are many restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops around, as well as metro, tram and ferry. The breakfast and the restaurant were great, and with an amazing view of the city.

Cons: While the room itself was well cleaned, the shower was pretty nasty with mold on the corners and on the frames.

I will be back to Istanbul and definitely will stay at the Querencia.

Pros: My wife had stayed at the Querencia previously so I knew what to expect, but I was still pleasantly surprised. Hannah on the front desk was excellent, she was attentive, very helpful and a great ambassador for the hotel.

Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, the location perfect, and the staff incredibly friendly. Breakfast was fantastic, and everything was just excellent.

Cons: The only downside was the hotel’s low sound insulation. We could hear our neighbors, and during our stay, the people next door were quite noisy late at night, which is why I gave a rating of 9 instead of 10. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Great attention by friendly hospitable staff and an ample breakfast with a view.

Cons: The rooms were rather small.
