Welcoming, comfortable, and great location

Pros: Great location, safe, wonderful staff. Staff in particular went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. As a solo female, I felt very safe here

Pros: The staff is really nice and friendly! The location is also very good, it's a good area close to Taxim square. The street is quiet and nice, with lots of cafes and small shops. The bed was comfortable.

Cons: The guests in a room above us were quite noisy, dragging chairs I think, so it wasn't easy to fall asleep at night. But it's not the fault of the hotel. A lamp on the wall didn't have a light bulb.

Lovely staff in a great location

Pros: Staff friendly and helpful! Location is great and room was very spacious.

Cons: Could do with a deeper clean. Cobwebs and dust in the corners of the room and above bedhead. Bathroom area had a leak from somewhere.

The accomodation is clean, safe and the staff is very friendly!

Pros: The accomodation is in 5 min walking distance to Taksim. But the street is very quiet. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room had air- conditioner. We were here for the second time. And we will definetely come back again. Thanks to all staffmembers we met!

Amazing place

Pros: Kadir was an exceptional host. Warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk from Taksim Square. The street leading to the hotel feels vibrant and safe, even late at night, which added to the charm of our stay. Additionally, it's not steep at all so if you're carrying heavy luggage you'll be grateful. There are plenty of shops and conveniences nearby, yet despite being so central, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to enjoy restful, uninterrupted sleep. The AC in the room also worked like a charm, which is really important during these hot summer days.

Cons: Actually, everything was great. But if I had to mention something it would be the WiFi, which would cut off sometimes. But that happened rarely.
