Pros: The location is always a factor that wins the game. The hotel has friendly staff and they try to take care of you in any way they can. The first floor room was more spacious than higher floors and it is my third time staying. I also like that the hotel provides slippers. Beds and pillows are comfy.

Cons: The room was not as clean as other times and it was not well prepared. Lacked tea, coffee, etc, lacked towels, the toilettries were empty. It was clearly prepared in a hurry for our arrival. It waa ok just not as good as before. Also it was not cleaned after our first night.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Sel Suite Hotel in Taksim. The location is excellent, close to everything, which makes exploring Istanbul very easy. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Mahsun and Ahsan for their kindness and outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!
