Hotel Des Arts Galata

Pros: All of the hotel staff were really friendly and exceptionally helpful, particularly şefik. The hotel is clean and amazingly located within the city. The neighborhood if also really vibrant, which made our stay more enjoyeable. We had a lovely time and would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat - my husband actually returned to the hotel after a separate trip with friends.

Cons: It was absolutely not the hotel's fault, and they were extremely helpful in resolving our issue, but for those arriving to the airport, consider a different option than the airport shuttle. The service (which, again, has nothing to do with the hotel) picked us up an hour later than they were supposed to (1AM instead of midnight, meaning we finally went to bed at 2AM), which wasn't a nice start to our trip. The hotel staff kindly offered us breakfast the next morning, though, to compensate - which was greatly appreciated!

Pros: the location was ideal, all of the staff and especially Sefik were very friendly and helpful and kind, the room itself was absolutely wonderful and the breakfast at the nearby restaurant was delicious! i will definitely recommend and i hope to be back!

Cons: i don’t think there was anything wrong, although the hotel is in a very busy street so it’s not that quiet at night but i didn’t mind it at all

Leasure under the tower

Pros: Location just a few meters from the Galata Tower. Comfortable and nice room with a small terrace overlooking the tower. Wonderful hotel staff, super helpful and informative (Thanks, Sefik!!). Free coffee station at the entrance available 24/7.

Cons: Breakfast isn't served in the hotel but in a partner restaurant outside, right under the Galata Tower. This is a very touristy area.

Pros: Very nice boutique hotel at wonderful location with clean rooms and excellent services. Sefik was great and helped with everything. Sefik arranged even trips and airport transfers and he was very kind and supportive. Thank you Hotel Des Arts Galata and especially Sefik for making my stay wonderful

Excellent location!

Pros: I like the place is too close to Galata Tower ad Taksim, probably you can walk from here. The hotel give an upgrade with no cost.

Cons: It is on top of the mountain, probably recommended only if you can walk hills.

Incredible staff and great location

Pros: A very nice small hotel in a great location, with lots of cafes and bars nearby, making it easy to get to various attractions. The staff is incredibly welcoming and friendly! It's a busy area, so it can be a bit noisy outside, but the hotel itself is quiet and cozy.

Cons: Overall, I liked our room; it had everything we needed, was clean and cozy. It would be nice to improve some small details, for example, there aren't enough shelves in the bathroom, and the pillows could be better.
