Amazing stay

Pros: I really loved this hotel. The staff were amazing, friendly, and very helpful. The location is perfect, close to the metro, bus, and tram, and just a 1 min walk from Galata Tower. I enjoyed my evenings around Galata, and the hotel is also very close to tourist areas like Eminönü and Sultanahmet. Karaköy Ferry is within walking distance, and Ortakoy/Dolmabahce are easy to reach by taxi. The hotel is small but very comfortable, perfect for solo travelers or couples, and super clean. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast spot next to Galata Tower is also very nice, with a beautiful view.

Pros: Everything was absolutely wonderful and the hospitality was exceptional — from the smooth check-in, to the complimentary upgrade to a better room, to the outstanding service throughout my stay. I was even offered a complimentary coffee and a San Sebastian cheesecake :) Breakfast is served in a beautiful restaurant, and the location is unbeatable — just one minute from Galata. The street can be lively and a bit noisy, but that’s completely expected when staying in such a central area. I personally chose to be this close to Galata, so it was all part of the experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone and will most definitely be returning.

Excellent Staff

Pros: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 7 nights, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to make my son feel loved and cared for. The hotel's central location in Galata tower is a huge plus, making it easy to explore around the city and busy street. While it can get a bit noisy at night, it's a small trade-off for the convenience of being in the heart of the action. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and prime location.

Pros: We had the best experience here! Staff were super super friendly, food every morning was a stones throw at Güney was YUM and again very friendly people, view of the tower was incredible to wake up to! Also it was snowing while we were here but we were still warm and cosy 👌

Pros: When I am in Istanbul I choose this hotel. Good location near the Galata Tower, Istiklal Caddesi Street / many shops, restaurants. There is a metro nearby and it is also nearby you can catch a tram or ferry within 10 minutes walking distance. I recommend choosing a room with a view of the tower. Breakfast is included in the price or you can pay at the reception. Prices in Turkey vary/ we paid 8 euros per person for breakfast. The staff is helpful. The room cleaning is good. I will be happy to be a guest again interesting interior ;)

Cons: There are things in the room that need to be fixed. The bathroom also has mold.
