Very friendly staff and an uncomplicated experience.

Pros: Great experience we had with our staying at the hotel. Everything was great and uncomplicated. The staff was very nice and always helpful and reachable whenever needed. Definitely would recommend and also consider going back if i ever should need a place to stay in Istanbul again.

Excellent location a couple of minutes away of Galata Tower and just off the main roads.

Pros: Great location and spacious room (we had Family Suite with a kitchenette and sitting area). Friendly and helpful stuff, cleaning on request but daily if you need with fresh bedding and towels.

Cons: Two separate buildings, so part of our family stayed 1min away, which wasn’t an issue. Can’t rate the entire hotel though. Our room was quite tired, especially bathroom. Absent sockets next to bedside tables didn’t add any comfort and convenience. But all these are minor things not affecting short stay.

Pros: The hotel is clean and is in a good distance in the galata district. The staff were helpful and responsive on whatsapp.

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located close to the metro station and İstiklal Street, where I always stay in Istanbul. It's where everything happens in the evening, after the sightseeing throughout the day. It was good value for money.

Cons: Some small repairs would make the room in which I stayed much better. But this is nothing serious.

Pros: The location was just 5 minutes walk from Galata tower. The host was super nice. The apartment was very clean and cozy. There was bunch of nice cafes and restaurants all around this apartment

Highly recommended for its cozy location, modern amenities, and welcoming staff.

Pros: Exceptional location in a very cozy area—everything is within walking distance, making it perfect for exploring the city. Beautiful view. All necessary appliances are available, clean, and modern. Special mention to the friendly staff, who were always available and gave us excellent recommendations on what to visit in the neighborhood.

Cons: Everything went great, but it's worth noting that if you have accessibility needs, the property does not have an elevator.
