Comfortable

Pros: We had Suhoor at the hotel which we weren't expecting but it was substituted instead of the regular breakfast which was part of the booking.

Cons: We asked for single beds in our rooms but some rooms had a double room.

Pros: Location was great! Regular cleaning and friendly stuff especially the reception team. The breakfast was good and what you will usually expect. Overall, good price for the money and lovely sea view from the restaurant.

Cons: Quite a tight bathroom cinsiderung those swing doors not properly sealed, so visible from the room. Could feel a bit noisy at night from air cons but that is not a big deal.

Grand Bazaar is really well located to get around central Istanbul

Pros: The hotel is really well located; the room was fairly spacious and comfortable with excellent shower and good standard of room equipment and space. The breakfast was included and was taken on the rooftop dining area with excellent panoramic views across the Bosphorus .👍The choice of breakfast was wide ranging and self service . The rooms were kept very clean and during morning time the front desk were very helpful, they can give lots of advice especially for pricing and booking taxis!

Cons: The TV did not have sufficient English UK / US channels!! No food is served afternoon and evening at this hotel

Pros: This is a great property in a central location, the accommodation is extremely clean and well equipped. Staff are very friendly and helpful, check in and check out was really smooth. I would like to extend my thanks to the housekeeper who went over and above with the cleanliness of my room, such a friendly joyful lady. I travel to Istanbul many times throughout the year and will definitely be returning! Thank you

Best hotel in Istanbul

Pros: This hotel is outstanding and the staff are so professional and very polite and so helpful we couldn't of asked for any more will be returning soon and this hotel is the hotel I will use. Outstanding on everything 👏 👌

Location was perfect and staff were great

Pros: Location is excellent rooms are a bit small but this was not priority staff was excellent close to transport and very convenient

Pros: Close to all the amenities and great locations for trams and metro
