Great time in Istanbul

Pros: Location was perfect and the spa was a nice touch.

Cons: Shower was tricky to use and the usb charge points didn't work. But all in all a great stay

Recommend to stay!

Pros: Hospitality, the hotel is located in the beautiful area with a view to mosque. Breakfast have a lot of variety to choose from.

Pleasant stay and definitely will come back when visiting Istambul and I will recomend.

Pros: Great location. 5 min walk from underground station couple min walk to tram stop. Few minutes walk from Grand Bazar, Blue mosque, Agio Sophia, Topkapi Palace and many more. Great food to eat in ( breakfast food choices anre amazing) and great food places within 5 minutes walk. Staff was helpful and have early check-in /check-out available ( we checked out early in the morning and she kept our bags for us to be collected in afternoon at our convenience)

Cons: Bathroom who’s fine except it had a strange smell when used in the morning.

Pros: Location was perfect. I loved being woken by the Adhan, and I'm already missing that. The staff were nice and friendly, so all round a fantastic trip and would return to the hotel.

Cons: Nothing really to be honest.

Pros: Great position, very close to some of the main attractions. Clean and spacious rooms, with an amazing view. Very welcoming and kind staff.

Good hotel in a great location

Pros: Breakfast was good and plentiful, although as a British person, other’s inability to wait fairly for some foods and the coffee was frustrating. Rooms were so clean and with a beautiful view of the mosque opposite. Housekeeping were lovely and replenished everything well every day. Reception and restaurant staff kind and helpful. Received a complimentary upgrade of the room, which we appreciated.

Cons: I loved it but some didn’t enjoy the cat visitors at breakfast. Wish the spa was open earlier than 12 noon. We didn’t get to use the facilities as we were out by then, each day.

Good stay overall

Pros: Good location, big rooms, heating in the rooms was excellent. Big breakfast buffet, good quality

Great location, very clean hotel

Pros: Location, just accross the Grand Market and only 15 minutes walking distance from the Blue Mosque. Also, staff super polite, very good breakfast and very clean hotel.

Cons: The pillow and that's mostly about it! Also, the fact we didn't have a window towards the street, but only inwards which brought us cigarette smoke from other guests. The hotel is also loud in terms of hearing others speaking on the hole and through that internal window.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in

Pros: Location is unbeatable! The facilities were sparkling, the rooms were generously large and the sauna downstairs never overcrowded!

Cons: Coffee at the buffet was pretty poor for everything else being amazing. But there’s so much good coffee in Fatih it wasn’t a problem really.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and polite. The spa and indoor pools were excellent. The location is very convenient, just a few minutes from the Grand Bazaar.
